Texas Ballet Theater Offers New Program for Children with Down Syndrome

Fort Worth Magazine reports that the Texas Ballet Theater, located in Fort Worth and Dallas, has begun offering a new adaptive dance program for children with Down syndrome.

The program will include a custom curriculum designed to showcase dance and help students with Down syndrome with muscle function, improve cognition and spatial awareness.

Classes have begun in Fort Worth and will start in Dallas in March.
