HOPE Farm announced that Kevin E. Foster will serve as Chief Operating Officer. Kevin spent more than 20 years with the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Fort Worth, most recently as Vice President of Facilities. He is a graduate of Prairie View A&M and holds a MPA from The University of Texas at Arlington.
