Heath’s Linda Lyon Elementary supports Helping Hands’ toy drive

Linda Lyon Elementary in Heath is partnering with Rockwall-based social services agency Helping Hands to make sure children in the Rockwall County area have presents during the holiday season. The school is an official drop-off location for Helping Hands’ Annual Toy Drive, which will culminate with the school’s public, community-wide, first Carols & Cocoa for Kids at 6-7 p.m Thursday, Dec. 7.
Students will bring unwrapped toys to school between now and then, and the community is welcome  drive through the school’s Winter Wonderland with stops for hot cocoa, stops for carolers and to donate gifts. The school requests the gifts be unwrapped.
The school is at 2186 Trophy Drive.
