The Mavs Foundation to Benefit from 3rd Annual Mavs Ball

The Dallas Mavericks announced in a Feb. 1 press release that they will host the 3rd annual Mavs Ball: A Blue Tie Affair presented by Smith Thompson Home Security on Saturday, March 3, 2018 in Deep Ellum. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Mavs Foundation, an organization dedicated to serving women, children and families in need across the North Texas area.

The event will feature comedian Cedric the Entertainer and will be hosted by FOX Sports Southwest’s Mark Followill and Dana Larson. The entire 2017-2018 Dallas Mavericks team, Owner Mark Cuban, and Head Coach Rick Carlisle will also be in attendance at the event.

This year’s event will celebrate the 2017-2018 Mavs Foundation Grant Recipients:

  • Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Fort Worth
  • Bryan’s House
  • Girls Inc. of Metropolitan Dallas
  • BridgeBuilders
  • Minnie’s Food Pantry
  • Phoenix House of Texas

  • Vogel Alcove
