NBC5 reports that Oscar-nominated actress Taraji P. Henson recently attended St. Philip’s School and Community Center’s 20th Destiny Awards Luncheon and pledged $10,000 to the South Dallas school.
Ms. Henson was nominated for an Oscar for her role of Katherine Johnson
in the film Hidden Figures.
