Fort Worth Business Press reports that Fort Worth’s Near Southside, Inc., is beginning the process to create a creative business incubator in the 1,400-acre district south of downtown.
The project plans to recruit and retain creative talents of artists and would include affordable spaces for artists to live and work. The model would benefit the Near Southside businesses, developers, artists, patrons and residents.
