Earlier this month, Michelle Conner, founder and CEO of Grace Like Rain, posted a letter to supporters announcing that she will be stepping down as CEO but remaining on the Board as Chairman of Development to play an “integral part” in the upcoming capital campaign for a new project.
Former board member and current COO, John Montoya, will replace Conner as CEO.
