Here are two of the latest Federal RFP’s:

$$ for work with youth with MHD and MHSUDs

  • FUNDER: Department of Justice, Office of Juvenile Justice Delinquency Prevention
  • AWARD AMOUNT: Top award $650,000
  • Anticipated # of awards: 6
  • DEADLINE TO APPLY: June 18, 2024
  • Who is eligible: Nonprofits or for-profit mental health agencies are eligible to apply only if they are 1) designated by the state mental health authority to provide services as a unit of the state or local government, and 2) can provide documentation to support this designation. Other eligible applicants are city, county, state, and tribal governments, and institutions of higher education.
  • Match required? Yes

SUMMARY: This RFP is to support cross-system collaboration to improve responses and outcomes for youth. This program supports public safety efforts through partnerships with youth justice, mental health, and substance use agencies to enhance responses to justice-involved youth with MHD and MHSUDs.

Up to $300,000 for citizenship education

  • FUNDER: Department of Homeland Security, Office of Procurement Operations
  • AWARD AMOUNT: $150,000-$300,000
  • Anticipated # of awards: 40
  • DEADLINE TO APPLY: June 21, 2024
  • Who is eligible: Nonprofits, tribal organizations, school districts, institutions of higher education, and city, county, and state governments
  • Match required? Yes

SUMMARY: The purpose of this funding is to expand high-quality citizenship preparation services for lawful permanent residents and to provide opportunities for immigrants to gain the knowledge and skills needed to integrate into American society.
