To kick-off the Dallas Mavericks’ Season of Giving, players Devin Harris and Jeff Withey handed out 250 turkeys to families in need at the Mavs Turkey Giveaway Thursday, Nov. 16, at Buckner International in Mesquite. Albertsons Tom Thumb donated sides, including green beans, corn, butter potatoes, stuffing, cranberry sauce, candied yams and cake mix to create complete Thanksgiving meals for those in need.
