Dallas District Attorney Pledges $100K to New Homeless Shelter

NBC5 reports the Dallas County District Attorney John Creuzot has pledged $100,000 towards the new Salvation Army shelter as a way to keep the homeless out of the jails.

The Dallas City Council recently approved the new shelter which will be located in Northwest Dallas. The new campus will house up to 600 people.
