Community garden sprouts frustration and concern

KERA reports that mutual aid organizations that installed a community garden to combat food insecurity in a Dallas-area homeless encampment failed to consult the impacted community in its design and installation. In addition, some residents expressed concern about installing a garden in an encampment that the City has yet to designate as permanent.
