Child Action Poverty Lab Works To Cut Childhood Poverty In Half

KERA News reports that the Child Action Poverty Lab, located in Dallas, is addressing childhood poverty for low-income families.

With nearly one in three Dallas children growing up in poverty, the Child Poverty Action Lab is focusing on barriers such as transportation and limited access to healthcare in an effort to reduce the rate of child poverty in Dallas by 50 percent within 20 years.
