Abilene Woman’s Estate Contributes to Six Nonprofits

KXTS 12 reports an Abilene woman’s estate donates $9 million to six nonprofits. During her lifetime, Ms. Jean Hays was involved with numerous organizations in the Abilene area.

The executor of her will and brother, Mr. Frank Cahill, presented checks for $1.5 million each to the following organizations: Alliance for Women & Children, Christian Homes of Abilene, Community Foundation of Abilene, Ben Richey Boys Ranch, West Texas Rehabilitation Center and the Catholic Charities of San Angelo.

Ms. Hays passed away in September 2018.
