The Dallas Foundation begins racial equity funding cycle

Written by Mindia Whittier

Grant opportunity supports nonprofits and municipal entities working to achieve a more equitable community for all.

The Dallas Foundation (TDF) will host an informational webinar for its 2022 Racial Equity Fund grant cycle next week. The Fund will support community organizations that advance equity for Dallas’ BIPOC (Black, Indigenous and People of Color) populations.

The virtual webinar is scheduled for March 23 from 12-1 p.m. Attendees can join to learn about TDF’s funding priorities and how to apply to address racial equity in Dallas. The Fund’s primary focus will address the gaps in outcomes that exist in the community by supporting targeted efforts.

During the session, the TDF Community Impact Team of Drexell Osusu, Chief Impact Officer, and Brittani Trusty, Director of Community Impact, will share more about the Racial Equity Fund, as well as the application process and timeline.
