Written by DFW501c Reporter

The Huffines Foundation presented a $30,000 donation to Manna House Outreach Food Pantry during a special community event on May 19th recognizing the organization’s ongoing impact in fighting food insecurity across Ellis County and surrounding communities.

Representatives from the Huffines Foundation, Manna House leadership, and local elected officials – including Midlothian Mayor Justin Coffman – will be in attendance for the check presentation and media availability.

“We are incredibly grateful and thrilled to partner with the Huffines Foundation. Together, we are making a meaningful impact across Ellis County by serving families with compassion and providing more than a meal. We are offering hope, dignity, encouragement, and support during difficult seasons of life. Through this partnership, we are helping strengthen our community and reminding families that they are seen, valued, and not alone. When organizations come together with a shared mission, lives are truly transformed.” Norma Belcher – Executive Director, Manna House.
