The Ladder Alliance Announces New CEO

The Ladder Alliance, located in Fort Worth, and their Board of Directors has announced the hiring of Bliss Coulter as their new CEO.

Time is Running Out

“I am honored to have been chosen to lead such a regarded and respected organization. The Ladder Alliance has a strong foundation and I am committed to driving the agency forward to the next level.” said Bliss Coulter.

A Nationally Certified, Licensed Professional Counselor (NCC/LPC), Ms. Coulter received her master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from Texas Women’s University in Denton and her bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Sociology from the University of North Texas in Denton.

Previously, Ms. Coulter served as the Director of Operations and Programs at The Parenting Center, a child abuse prevention agency. During her tenure there, she created programming that ultimately increased the annual budget by one million dollars which in turn helped to serve hundreds of families in and around Tarrant County.

 “Ms. Coulter has a passion and extensive experience for serving the community in various roles, from mentoring youth and other emerging leaders, to engaging key stakeholders at all levels, to creating avenues for systems change.” said M. Chad Kerr, Board President
