TFI appoints new Chief Programs Officer

Texas Family Initiative LLC (TFI) announced the return of Kristi Naylor as the new Chief Programs Officer (CPO).  

Naylor holds a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and has worked in child welfare for more than 30 years. She will return to TFI in January 2025, where she previously spent 14 years of her career.  

She currently serves as the president of Our Community Our Kids Division of ACH Child and Family Services in Ft. Worth, Tex. During her time with ACH, she has played a pivotal role in advancing the success of community-based care. 

“We are thrilled to welcome Kris back to TFI and are confident that her leadership will drive our programs to new heights, benefiting the communities we serve,” said Shirley Dwyer, Chief Executive Officer, Texas Family Initiative.

In her new role with TFI, Naylor will oversee the EMPOWER and 2INgage programs in Texas.
