The Ladder Alliance, located in Fort Worth, has welcomed IT Instructor Alex Dominguez to the organization.
Mr. Dominguez has worked with various schools and organizations as an educator for English as a Second Language (ESL) programs, secondary school computer tech, and refugee English survival courses. He will work with students on their computer skills.
The Ladder Alliance, located in Fort Worth, and their Board of Directors has announced the hiring of Bliss Coulter as their new CEO.
“I am honored to have been chosen to lead such a regarded and respected organization. The Ladder Alliance has a strong foundation and I am committed to driving the agency forward to the next level.” said Bliss Coulter.
A Nationally Certified, Licensed Professional Counselor (NCC/LPC), Ms. Coulter received her master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from Texas Women’s University in Denton and her bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Sociology from the University of North Texas in Denton.
Previously, Ms. Coulter served as the Director of Operations and Programs at The Parenting Center, a child abuse prevention agency. During her tenure there, she created programming that ultimately increased the annual budget by one million dollars which in turn helped to serve hundreds of families in and around Tarrant County.

The Board of Directors of the Ladder Alliance has announced the retirement of Founder and Executive Director Sharon Cox in April 2019. The Board of Directors will make a succession announcement in the upcoming months.
The mission of the Ladder Alliance, located in Fort Worth, is to provide women victims of domestic violence and low-income women with the tools to lead self-reliant, independent, and successful lives.
