    The City of Fort Worth is offering grants for public service agencies for funding programs which benefit Fort Worth citizens.

    Proposals are due March 16.

  • ALDI Foundation Grant Opportunity

    The ALDI Foundation is offering grants which support local community organizations that encourage kids to be active in the areas of education, physical activity, nutrition, socializing and the arts.

    Applications for support from the ALDI Smart Kids program are accepted between February 1 – December 15th each year.

    The Big Lots Foundation is offering grants to nonprofit organizations that help improve and enrich the lives of families and children.

  • New York Life Foundation Grant Opportunity

    New York Life Foundation is offering grants of up to $100,000 to USA nonprofit organizations to provide out-of-school programs for underserved middle school students.

    Applications are due January 24, 2020.

  • Dallas Foundation AWARE Fund Grant Opportunity

    The Dallas Foundation has announced grant applications are being accepted for the AWARE fund for Alzheimer’s-related programs. Funding may be used for operating support, research costs, program costs and salaries.

    Applications are due January 10, 2020.

  • Bank of America Funds Project Beloved to Serve Survivors of Sexual Assault

    Bank of America announced that Project Beloved, located in Fort Worth, is one of 13 nonprofits from around the world to receive a $50,000 grant.

    Project Beloved was created by created by Tracy Matheson in honor of her daughter Molly, who was sexually assaulted and murdered in 2017. Project Beloved’s mission is to educate, advocate and collaborate to change the conversation about sexual assault and empower its survivors.

    The grant will fund “Beloved Bundles” for survivors of sexual assault. The packages will include clothing, undergarments, hygiene products and other comfort items. Funding will also provide “soft” interview rooms at police stations. The rooms include comfortable seating, pleasant lighting, artwork and rugs to help survivors feel more physically and emotionally safe.

    “As a community we were moved by the story of Tracy’s daughter Molly and Tracy’s commitment to turn a tragic event into something positive through Project Beloved. We are excited to provide this additional funding to help Project Beloved reach its mission in our community and others,” said Mike Pavell, Fort Worth market president.

  • Shell Oil Company Grant Opportunity

    Shell Oil Company is offering grants to USA organizations for programs that provide services to low or middle-income individuals in the areas of community, education, and environment. Priority consideration is given to nonprofits in or near communities in which Shell Oil Company or its affiliates in the United States have a major presence.

  • NEA Foundation Grant Opportunity

    The National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) Foundation is offering grants ranging from $5,000 to $15,000 to community reading programs to host events that promote books and community engagement.

    Applications are due by January 31, 2020.

  • Cisco Grant Opportunity

    Cisco is offering In-kind grants of technology equipment valued between $25,000 to $50,000 to USA, Canada, and International nonprofits to help increase their productivity, cost-efficiency, and scalability. Programs must focus on at least one of the following areas: critical human needs, access to education, and economic empowerment.

  • Uber’s New Community Impact Initiative Funds Five Dallas Nonprofits

    Dallas Innovates reports that Uber has announced grants to five Dallas nonprofits as part of it’s 12-City Community Impact Initiative.

    The Jubilee Park & Community Center, Empowering the Masses, Paul Quinn College, The Family Place and the Human Rights Initiative of North Texas all received funding.
