    United Way of Tarrant County is investing in its next chapter of growth, naming Kevin Berber as its new director of marketing and communications.
    Berber will lead creative development and marketing and communications strategy, including
    advertising, promotions and public relations, to support the organization’s mission and maximize its
    exposure in local and national markets.

    Multicultural Alliance named Fort Worth businesswoman and nonprofit leader Rattana Mao as Interim President and CEO. Mao will guide the organization during the transition, supporting day-to-day operations, community engagement, fundraising and program continuity while the Board conducts a comprehensive search for its next leader.     Angela Hernandez joins the Communities In Schools of North Texas team as a Case Management Site Coordinator where she will support students, families, and the school community overall.

    Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Dallas welcomes Chandler Gadis as Senior Director of Operations. Chandler brings more than 13 years of nonprofit leadership and youth development experience to the role. He previously served as Assistant Club Director at their KIPP Pleasant Grove Primary location and held leadership roles with First Tee of Greater Dallas, where he led programming, operations, and community partnerships.

    Tarrant To & Through Partnership is excited to welcome Kyla Guyette as their new Chief Impact Officer. Kyla brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience building education-to-career systems, leading cross-sector partnerships, and using data to drive measurable outcomes for students and families.

    Amy Rasor has joined Lauren Saba at Fort Works Art and Gallery of Dreams as the Director of Growth and Impact.

    She has also joined Michelle Crim, CFRE and her team at Dynamic Development Strategies, LLC as a Senior Associate.

    Dwaylon Whitmore now serves as Vice President of Programming, leading program strategy and execution to drive consistent, high-quality experiences across all Clubs.

    Cerena H. has taken on the role of Training Events Coordinator for the ChildCareGroup for their ELITE (Early Learning Intervention Training and Education) Team.

    Lumin Education welcomes Susan Read their new Senior Director of Development. Susan most recently served as Director of Foundation Relationships at Vogel Alcove, following over 14 years as Development Director at the Suicide and Crisis Center of North Texas.

    Literacy Achieves is pleased to welcome Susan L. Smith, Ph.D., M.L.I.S. as their new Executive Director. Dr. Smith steps into this role with a commitment to thoughtful, collaborative leadership. During her first several weeks, she will focus on listening, learning, and building relationships with the dedicated people who make the work of Literacy Achieves possible.

Her counseling background keeps her grounded in what matters most: the people behind every program.

    Congratulations to Melanie Marshall on her promotion to Vice President of Youth Development at Camp Fire First Texas! For nearly a decade, Melanie has been a dedicated leader, championing high-quality programs and meaningful experiences for youth and families across North Texas. In her new role, she will provide strategic leadership for our afterschool programs, summer day camps, and Camp Fire Teens in Action.

    Scott Kmiec has been named Executive Director of the PGA of America’s REACH Foundation. Based in Frisco, the PGA of America REACH Foundation is the 501(c)(3) charitable foundation of the PGA of America. The mission of the Foundation is to positively impact the lives of youth (PGA Jr. League Scholarships), military (PGA HOPE), and underserved communities (PGA WORKS) by enabling access to PGA of America Golf Professionals, PGA Sections and the game of golf. 

    As Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Dallas continues to expand its impact across North Texas, the organization is strengthening its leadership team with four promotions from within.  

    BGCD announced the promotion of four longtime team members into executive leadership roles, reinforcing its commitment to developing talent from within while positioning the organization for continued growth.

    Fort Worth Country Day (FWCD), has named Barry Chamberlin as its new athletic director, effective July 1, 2026. His deep experience in athletic leadership, coaching, and student-athlete development, including over 15 years in athletic administration, made him the ideal choice to lead the Falcons.

    Nexus Family Recovery Center, has announced that Claire Collins was appointed as Chief Philanthropy Officer. Collins brings over 16 years of experience in the non-profit sector and will oversee all private fundraising for the agency as well as Nexus’ Recovery Rising Campaign. 

    Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Dallas (BGCD) appointed Brian Slye as its new CEO. A former Club kid turned North Texas business leader, Slye steps into the role as the organization builds on its 60-year legacy of serving local youth. 

    Barbara Lundgren is starting a new position as Human Resources Director at Fort Worth Museum of Science and History.

    The Meadows Foundations welcomes Monica Christopher as our new Chief Philanthropy Officer! With a distinguished career in philanthropy and community impact, Monica will help guide our work across Texas as we continue improving the quality of life for Texans statewide.

    Danny Stone, CFRE, previously with the Fort Worth Botanic Gardens, has joined Recovery Resource Council as their Grants Manager.

    Tarrant To and Through Partnership welcomes Nathaniel G. Aranda, CFRE to the T3 team!
    Nathaniel is a deeply respected leader across North Texas, having raised more than $25 million throughout his impressive career. 

    Aliah Henry, MBA, CPC, is excited to share that in October she joined The Salvation Army of North Texas as the County Director of Community Relations & Fundraising. She’shonored to lead their work across Dallas and Rockwall Counties, and is looking forward to serving our neighbors with compassion, integrity, and excellence.

    Bonton Farms announces that Mark Jones has been selected as their new President and Chief Executive Officer, marking an exciting new chapter in their mission to cultivate health, wholeness, and opportunity in South Dallas.

    The Friends of the Dallas Public Library (FoDPL) has named Denise McGovern as its next Executive Director, beginning January 2026. Known for her leadership at the Dallas Symphony Orchestra and her dedicated service on the FoDPL Board, McGovern will guide strategy, strengthen community partnerships, and expand philanthropic support for the Dallas Public Library system.

    Goodwill North Central Texas announced today that DeAndre’ Johnson has been promoted to Director of Workforce Development, Opportunity Accelerator®. The OA provides job training and placement support to a wide range of job seekers through programs including the Job Resource Centers, VetWorthy, and Relaunch, which helps individuals who were formerly incarcerated successfully re-enter the workforce.

    Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Dallas (BGCD) has named Julie Jennings, Managing Director at Capella Partners, as its new Board Chair and added two North Texas executives, Jamie Paterson and Nichole Babiak, to its Board of Directors.
