Goodwill North Central Texas has promoted Christy Allen to Vice President of Human Resources. As a member of the executive leadership team, Allen will oversee agency-wide human resources strategy, including compensation, recruitment, training, employee relations and labor law compliance. She joined Goodwill in 2019 as an HR Generalist and has steadily advanced through the organization, most recently serving as Director of Human Resources.

Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) Lone Star announced today that Jenny Harper has been named Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Harper brings more than 20 years of experience with the organization and a record of accomplishment in leadership, program expansion, and market growth.

Camp Fire First Texas is excited to announce the promotion of Nicole Willingham to the role of Chief Financial and Operations Officer! This increase of responsibility can be attributed to the key role she has played in strengthening the organization’s financial operations and supporting strategic growth initiatives. Nicole has been an invaluable asset to the Camp Fire Team and they’re thrilled to see what she’ll accomplish in this new role!

Camp Fire First Texas creates a new executive leadership role to implement its strategic plan and selects an experienced internal leader to guide the organization’s next phase of growth. Jenny Wester appointed as Chief Program Officer.

Kelly Allen Gray joins the Transform 1012 team as Director of Operations. The redevelopment of this historic site is an opportunity to elevate voices that have too often gone unheard, strengthen connections across communities, and create a lasting beacon of hope for future generations.

Lauren Phillips has promoted to Lead Housing Case Manager for TRAC‘s Fort Worth Housing Team.
Lauren brings more than 15 years of experience serving others through roles as a school counselor, mental health case manager, homeless services case manager, and continuity of care liaison.

The Dallas Foundation is pleased to announce the promotion of Dawn Townsend to Chief Operating Officer. Since joining the Foundation in 2015, Dawn has played a key role in advancing their mission, strengthening donor engagement, and elevating their impact across the community.

Center for Transforming Lives welcomes Nadia Salibi as their new Chief Impact Officer. Nadia comes with 25 years of experience in the health and nonprofit sectors. She is passionate about our two-generation, wraparound anti-poverty model serving single mothers and children.

Cornerstone Assistance Network congratulates their CEO, Scott Charbonneau, who was elected chair of the Texas Interagency Council for the Homeless, where he will help coordinate the state’s resources and services to address homelessness in our community

Eric Broughton joins Operation Kindness Humane Society as their new Senior Director of Development. He brings 13 years experience of volunteering, fostering, advocating, and supporting animal welfare.
