New podcast series features client accounts of overcoming childhood and family trauma

ACH Child & Family Services launched a new 12-week podcast series on May 30th. The series, Counting on Us, is produced and hosted by Daniel Trevino and features interviews with former ACH Child & Family Services’ clients, including former foster youth.

The podcasts tell impactful stories of empowerment, self-discovery, and deep bonds, all told by those who often don’t have a voice: the foster youth and families ACH serves. Listeners will learn how they overcame adversity with the support and guidance of ACH’s team of caregivers and professionals.

The series is a unique education and advocacy effort to publicly highlight the needs of the children, youth and families served by the organization while showcasing the organization’s work to support them in healing from trauma, gaining independence and building healthy adult lives.
