Miles of Freedom hosts memorial celebration for co-founder

Miles of Freedom hosted a memorial celebration on Sept. 20 for its co-founder, Aubrey Lewis Jones, who passed away earlier this month unexpectedly.

According to a post on the Miles of Freedom Facebook page, Jones and Richard Miles spent years planning and building the idea of Miles of Freedom. The post also shares that Jones was known affectionately as “Pops” and was a source of dedication and constant support for everyone around him. The organization shared that it will forever hold Jones’ memory close and his laughter in its hearts.
