Methodist Justice Ministry Welcomes Attorney Jannette Miller

Methodist Justice Ministry (MJM), located in Fort Worth, has shared that Jannette Miller, Attorney at Law, has joined the organization. Ms. Miller’s hire will allow MJM to increase their legal representation to women and children who have been impacted by domestic violence.

Ms. Miller joins MJM after successfully receiving her Juris Doctor from Texas A&M School of Law and is a member of the State Bar of Texas. Jannette is also an ordained minister of the United Methodist Church and previously served as the Pastor at Harker Heights United Methodist Church in Harker Heights, Texas.  Prior to her time at Harker Heights UMC, she served as Associate Pastor at First United Methodist Church in Temple, Texas with an emphasis in Women’s Ministry and Mission Outreach.

She practiced law from 2002 to 2011, representing many women and children in cases involving family violence, child abuse, and neglect.

“We are thrilled to welcome Jannette to MJM and thankful to partners like the Sid W. Richardson Foundation that is helping us expand our mission to serve more families impacted by family violence.” says Brooks Harrington, MJM’s Founder and Legal Director.
