For Oak Cliff celebrates opening of long-awaited new Community Center

For Oak Cliff celebrated the opening of their new Community Center on Juneteenth. The new Community Center and organization operational headquarters is located at 907 E. Ledbetter, the former Moorland YMCA facility, in the heart of the 75216 Superblock where they utilize a collective impact model to create a culture of education and upward mobility. This new facility provides over 20,000 sq. ft. of service space and will allow For Oak Cliff to scale their successful programs, address capacity limitations brought on by COVID precautions, and provide new outdoor educational space.
