- Who is eligible: Applicants must have at least 3 years experience providing legal assistance to low-income individuals via in-house staff, volunteers, contractors, or consultants. Nonprofits, tribal organizations, institutions of higher education, and city, state, county, and tribal governments may apply.

SUMMARY: This RFP provides funding to organizations to provide no-cost legal assistance to low-income tenants at risk or subject to eviction. Additionally, funding will support the expansion of the evidence base around eviction prevention and diversion programming.

SUMMARY: This RFP is to support the expansion of access to services for victims of crime, especially in underserved communities. This solicitation encourages applicants to partner with nontraditional partners not typically associated with the victim services field.
