Kicking off National Child Abuse Prevention Month, the Lend a Hand Luncheon is aimed at bringing awareness and advocacy for abused and neglected children. This year features a panel of State Senators and Representatives, along with Fort Worth Mayor, Mattie Parker, who will be discussing the Child Welfare System and Community-Based Care.
