Headliner: A native son of both the Democratic Republic of Congo and North Texas, blues-and-soul artist Ron Bultongez is a former “American Idol” semi-finalist who’s been featured on “Good Morning America” as well as North Texas news outlets and radio stations. His second studio EP, 2018’s “Learning to Love,” landed at number 26 on iTunes in less than 24 hours
