Equest Hires New Director of Development

Equest, located in Dallas, has announced the hiring of Sarah Bibelhausen as the new Director of Development. In this role, Bibelhausen will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive and strategic fundraising programs and events supporting Equest’s mission to bring hope and healing to children and adults with diverse needs through equine assisted activities and therapies.

Most recently, she served as Assistant Director at the University of Texas at Dallas (UTD), successfully executing an engagement and communications plan that was a key part of a $20 million fundraising initiative. Prior to UTD, she worked at Texas Tech University as Program Coordinator, managing its young professional program, assisting in top level communication, and supervising the implementation of new CRM technology. She received her Master of Public Administration from Texas Tech University and is a graduate of Leadership North Texas University (2018) and Leadership and Reputation Academy (2019).
