Equest announces new Board of Directors

Equest announced its new 2025-2026 Board of Directors. The 23-member board will champion Equest’s mission, fostering hope and healing by harnessing the unique connection between humans and horses.

The 2025-2026 officers include Chair Amy Green, Vice Chair Brooke Bailey, Secretary Marianne Fazen, and Treasurer Daniel Valentine.

“I’m excited to take on this role because I believe in the power of the human horse connection to change lives,” said Green. “I look forward to working alongside a fantastic board of directors who are equally passionate about Equest.”

New members joining the board include Erika Burton, President, B&B Interiors; Ryan Casey, Technical Solutions Architect, Cisco; Amanda Gadison, Commercial Real Estate Attorney, Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP; Finley Konrade, Managing Director & Regional Vice President, Stanton Chase International; Natalie Low LaDriere, Vice President of Corporate Banking, Bank of Texas; and Meredith McKay, Executive Director, J.P. Morgan Private Bank.

Equest CEO Eric Lindh praised, “We are thrilled to welcome these talented new members to the Equest Board. Their diverse expertise and vision will strengthen our leadership and propel us toward even greater success in the years to come. We are also grateful for the leadership and deep commitment of our 2025 board officers.”
