Denton Habitat for Humanity names new CEO

Habitat for Humanity of Denton County announced Troy Greisen as its new Chief Executive Officer. Bringing over 30 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, Greisen has dedicated his career to serving communities both national and globally.

Greisen’s background includes leadership roles with organizations such as Special Olympics and World Relief, as well as several local nonprofits in the DFW area and Denton County. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a unique ability to build, grow, and advance nonprofit missions to create meaningful impact in the lives of those they serve.

“I have long admired the mission and vision of Habitat for Humanity and feel called to carry out the strategies of the movement,” said Greisen. “I am committed to growing and strengthening partnerships within the communities we serve and to seeking innovative solutions to address the housing needs of so many families across Denton County.”
