As part of the NBA’s Hoops for Troops week, the Dallas Mavericks, in partnership with Coppell-based Caliber Home Loans, took time out Nov. 9 to work side by side with Dallas-Fort Worth military members to pack 10,000 healthy meals for hungry families in Dallas. Working to assist Feeding Children Everywhere, the group included point guard Dennis Smith Jr., forward Dorian Finney-Smith and Dallas Mavericks staff, dancers and ManiAACs.
They packed the meals at American Airlines Center West Concourse.
