Communities Foundation of Texas’ Chief Relationship Officer, Monica Egert Smith, was recognized recently as one of the Dallas Business Journal’s 2018 Women in Business honorees. In her position, Egert Smith leads a team of 20 people tasked with cultivating new donor relationships and stewarding existing donor relationships.
30 women from around the metroplex were honored during the Dallas Business Journal’s 11th annual Women in Business Awards program. The awards highlight decision makers that shape North Texas through legal and financial services, human resources, civil service, nonprofits and more.
On the Dallas Business Journal’s website, a description of the honorees reads, “the 2018 class of Women in Business touches on a concentration of transformative ingenuity and enterprising imagination that can only be found in North Texas.”
