NBC5 reports that CitySquare, located in Dallas, has opened a welcoming place for homeless Dallas youth at the Fannie C. Harris Youth Center.
Dallas ISD has reported almost 3,000 students listed as
homeless in 2018 and the number is expected to increase this school year.
