CASA of Tarrant County promotes new Chief Development Officer and Development Director

CASA of Tarrant County announced the recent promotions of two team members, as the nonprofit recognizes more than 40 years of advocacy and support for the best interests of abused and neglected children.

Natalie Stalmach has been named Chief Development Director. In her role, she will oversee the overall strategy for the organization’s fundraising, communication, and volunteer recruitment efforts. Since joining CASA of Tarrant County in 2012, Stalmach has championed awareness of the nonprofit’s services in the region and increased fundraising partnerships exponentially over her tenure. Additionally she has jump-started multiple events and fundraising campaigns, including the CASA Pull of Kids Clay Shoot, CASA Superhero Run, and the Children’s Campaign.

In addition to representing CASA of Tarrant County in several local community organizations, such as the National Adoption Day Fort Worth Planning Committee, Stalmach is an active board member of Operation Progress and a graduate of Leadership Fort Worth. Stalmach is a DFW native and earned her Bachelor of Science in Corporate Communications at the University of Texas at Austin.

Victoria McKeon has been promoted to Development Director. A member of CASA of Tarrant County since 2019, McKeon has been spearheading fundraising efforts and providing donation relations support to ensure the organization’s long-term financial sustainability. In her new role, she will oversee the development internship program, Young Professionals Council, and continue to enhance revenue generation through donations and contributions.

McKeon grew up in DFW, graduating from Nolan Catholic High School and attended the University of Texas at Arlington, where she earned her Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies. With her strong foundation in community engagement, she began her career in real estate at Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty in Fort Worth before transitioning her relationship skills towards fund development at CASA of Tarrant County. Also McKeon currently serves as chair for the DFW Philanthropy in Action Conference, was named an “Emerging Leader’ in 2022 by the Association of Fundraising Professionals – Fort Worth Metro Chapter, and is a graduate of the Leadership Fort Worth’s LeadingEdge program.

“We are beyond pleased to recognize Natalie and Victoria in their much-deserved roles at CASA of Tarrant County,” said Don Binnicker, Chief Executive Officer of CASA of Tarrant County. “They both continue to work tirelessly to support our mission, and with their leadership, our organization can continue to advocate for the best interests of children who have experienced abuse or neglect in our community.”
