Big Oil to Fund New Tool for Better Emissions Tracking

The Fort Worth Star Telegram reports The Rocky Institute is partnering with big oil companies like MobilExxon and Shell to create the “Climate Action Engine” which is intended to help companies meet benchmarks for greenhouse gas emissions and invest more in targeted efforts to curb the effects of climate change.
