Veronica joins them from the YMCA of Greater San Antonio, where she served as Chief Experience Officer and has held progressive executive leadership roles for more than a decade. With over 20 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, strategic growth, fundraising and community impact, she brings a deep commitment to the Y’s mission and the communities we serve.
Known for her collaborative, people-centered approach, Veronica is passionate about building strong teams, strengthening community partnerships and creating opportunities for individuals and families to learn, grow and thrive.
