Greater Dallas Planning Council hires new director Gair Abbud. Abbud has over 13 years’ experience in master planning, placemaking strategy, and landscape design and architecture. he will provide strategic leadership and operational support to GDPC’s working committees and task forces, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
