While in Texas\, Dr. Amy Grosso established Round Rock ISD’s Behavioral Health Services Department and pioneered the district’s threat assessment process. She also played a vital role in strengthening collaboration between behavioral health professionals and law enforcement with Round Rock Police Department. She currently serves as Director\, Expert in Residence with Raptor Technologies.\nDr. Kate Rahi – Dr. Kate Rahi\, a Licensed Master Social Worker with a Ph.D. in Psychology\, Public Policy\, and Law\, brings extensive expertise in behavioral threat assessment\, crisis response\, and violence prevention. As a current Texan\, she remains committed to strengthening school safety through evidence-based training\, collaboration\, and sustainable prevention strategies.
